Job Description:

| As an Account Executive for RDZ Media Group, you will be part of a field team responsible for growing our customer base. You’ll have access to the finest products, technology, service and resources in the industry and be expected to maintain the highest ethical business standards. You will work closely with internal departments and provide customer feedback on our products and services. You will close sales and achieve monthly sales goals by generating qualifying leads through existing business contacts and networking. Conduct sales presentations and product demos, develop referral agent relationships and respond to questions from merchants & businesses |

5+ years outside business to business sales experience.
3+ years management and leadership skills Experience with corporate accounts exceeding $10m or more
Able to travel
Must have laptop, Blackberry or cell phone with Microsoft capability
Able to achieve long and short term sales goals.
Effective oral and written communication skills. Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work individually and as part of a team Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting. Results driven, well organized with strong follow up skills. Sell products & services based on customer needs. Ethical & honest. Strong closing capability. Ability to develop & maintain strong business relationships. Strong community involvement, volunteering for non profit causes |
COMPENSATION:
$75000 – $90,000 first year average. However, unlimited income potential. Commission based with several income streams including bonus incentive for the 1st 6 months, Immediate Residuals beginning with 1st merchant activated and other commission opportunity.

Internship Opportunities
Interns with RDZ Media Group, LLC get real life, client facing experiences. They get to test drive what it feels like to build client relationships and a media planning, execution practices. Interns receive extensive training and development and get hands on experiences, all with the chance to earn a fulltime opportunity upon graduating college.
Like fulltime account representatives and programmers, our college interns:
- Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for individuals and businesses in the areas of media campaign development and planning, business needs analysis and planning, new media production in video editing, shooting and FX, social media design and implementation, and media buying and reporting.
- Are supported by a highly competent staff and a network of Specialists who provide expertise in all product/service areas.
- Build trusted relationships with their clients.
- Have exclusive access to RDZ Media Group products/services.
Job Requirements
- Completed one academic year toward a bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
- History of personal success.
