Supplier Diversity at RDZ Media Group
Being a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) should not and does not exclude us from purchasing from diverse suppliers like ourselves. It is not assumed that because we are a Minority company that we will automatically purchase from Minority vendors. We’ve developed a Supplier Diversity program to advocate, inform, locate and hire diverse suppliers to ensure that corporate and government dollars spent with us is being spent with other diverse suppliers.
At RDZ MEDIA GROUP, we believe that supplier diversity provides us with a Differential Advantage in which to support our clients and perform in the markets we serve. We are proud of our strategic alliances with minority-, women-, and service-disabled-veteran-owned business enterprises (MWSDVBE) and we enthusiastically embrace a clear vision that guides our diversity initiative.
RDZ MEDIA GROUP’s policy underscores the company’s commitment to our MWSDVBE program by stating that maximum opportunities will continually be afforded to minority-, women-, and service-disabled-veteran-owned businesses to participate with us as suppliers, and subcontractors of goods and services. RDZ MEDIA GROUP believes this program creates better partners, stronger customers, and economic growth for our vendors and their employees, our business partners, and our customers and employees. The policy ensures strict compliance with all regulatory agency requirements as well as with federal, state, and local procurement regulations and programs.
We recognize that our business performance is evaluated by tapping into the expertise and creativity of all RDZ MEDIA GROUP suppliers. By utilizing and partnering with our diverse suppliers, we will continue to establish a supplier base that positively contributes to our competitive advantage.
