T.Raymond Thomas has been racing around on rollerblades fixing PCs and programming code since he was 9. T.Raymond began his professional career with Proxicom a software development company after graduating from Howard University. While working on large financial institution projects, T.Raymond started to work with streaming media and like the potentials that streaming media offered.

T.Raymond started a streaming media website out of his home and soon was producing live events from his loft. His webcasts caught the attention of Stephen Jackson who was looking for experienced streaming media experts to fulfill several contracts. T.Raymond and Stephen teamed up to manage several live webcasts and produce more websites that were using streaming media to highlight their products/services.

T.Raymond left Proxicom to become the Chief Technology Officer at a start up streaming media portal. In his new position T.Raymond worked on an application that would allow clients to upload a native video file that would be encoded on the server end and streamed in three different formats to the end user depending on the video default player detected.

Today T.Raymond in his spare time is working on new video codecs for the growing wireless market, while racing around the office creating software solutions for our clients.
